A Message from the Executive Director

Dear Family and Friends of Crossroads,

All of you know that Crossroads Louisiana, Inc. is a non-profit agency with a single goal of providing support and services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).  That goal is to help change lives by offering state-of-the-art community-based programs and services in areas such as supervised independent living, job training, life skills education, arts and crafts, music, and theater.

 

Residential Programs

Crossroads Louisiana provides residential living both in community title XIX homes and apartments and private homes through our Supported Independent Living program:

Clients learn critical and progressively more complex independent living and social skills

For clients who, with support services coordinated by dedicated staff, are able to live successfully in apartments and private homes

Community Connections

Community Connections has two integrated components that together create a dynamic multi-learning environment that prepares our clients for independent living:

» Day Program
Offers a full schedule of community-oriented educational, creative, and recreational activities in a supportive atmosphere
